Course Promise

Build classes that feel safer, deeper, and more aligned with your values.

This training supports teachers who are ready to move beyond performance, aesthetics, and rigid cueing into classes rooted in care, accessibility, and radical presence.

  • Trauma-informed care
  • Somatics and functional movement
  • Abolitionist class design
  • Yoga Nidra and Dhyana integration

A liberatory framework for teachers who want their classes to reflect what they believe.

This course is designed for yoga teachers and wellness practitioners who want to deepen their class design by integrating trauma-informed care, somatics, and abolitionist principles into their sequencing. Participants explore how to deconstruct dominant yoga norms rooted in whiteness and performance, then build accessible, spirit-rooted practices that honor agency, integrity, and collective care.

  • Yoga teachers refining their sequencing and cueing
  • Wellness practitioners bringing more nervous system awareness into their work
  • Teachers who want more accessible and consent-based class structures
  • Practitioners seeking a values-aligned alternative to performance-driven yoga culture
